Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to support autism care. Starting pay: $24.60/hr for RBT and $22.25/hr for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement are provided. You'll collaborate with BCBA supervision, deliver ABA therapy in various settings, track progress, and help with data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
