Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings within ~30 miles. You'll work with a BCBA, implement plans, track progress, and support families.

Training is provided, with potential for bilingual pay and growth opportunities. Minimum 18 years old, high school diploma, reliable transport, and ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule are required; RBT certification is preferred

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation with travel up to 30 miles.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Prior experience with children, ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
