Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT in Cushing, OK for in-home, school, and community ABA therapy. This part-time, Mon–Fri afternoon role offers flexible hours and a dedicated BCBA supervisor. You’ll deliver direct therapy, collect data, and participate in a supportive team with a clear career path.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Commitment to in-home, school, and community ABA therapy.
• Ability to build a caseload around your availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per treatment plan written by a BCBA.
• Record session data and submit notes; time spent non-billable is paid.
• Receive supervision from BCBA and progress through the supervision pathway.
