Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is hiring an RBT in Mounds, OK for part-time, afternoon sessions, in-home therapy. The role offers $23/hour billable with ongoing BCBA supervision and a clear pathway for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work Mon–Fri afternoons in-home.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus.
• Strong communication with BCBA and family.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Have BCBA assigned before start; receive plan, intro, and family support.
• Receive supportive supervision, assessments, and feedback from BCBA.
• Record session data and submit notes; paid non-billable time included.
• collaborate with BCBAs and clinical directors for support.
