Job summary

Step Ahead ABA provides in-home, school, and community ABA therapy for children and teens on the autism spectrum, across several states including Nebraska. Our team emphasizes compassionate advocacy, flexible hours, and a clear path for growth.

We offer a dedicated support structure with BCBA supervision, an internal placement process, and competitive hourly pay for direct therapy in Omaha. This role is part-time with afternoons available Monday through Friday, in-home settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons.
• Comfort working in a family’s home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA’s plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Receive ongoing supervision and feedback from the BCBA.
• Support families and document progress.
