Children's Specialized ABA in Robbinsville, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA. You will help build communication, social and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 30 miles)
• RBT certification preferred, but training provided
• Prior experience with children; ASD experience preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to kneel, bend, lift up to 40 lbs with children

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating)
