Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Asheboro, NC is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You’ll work closely with a BCBA and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

The company covers RBT exam costs, offers paid training, premium pay for after-hours sessions, and ongoing BCBA supervision. Travel within about 30 miles is required to serve clients in homes or clinics.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is preferred, but not required; training provided.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Must be able to travel to client locations within 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team.
• Track data and maintain program books.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
