Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles to support children with autism in their homes and community settings in Missouri. We provide paid training to help you earn your RBT certification, with ongoing support from an experienced clinical team.

As part of our mission, you’ll implement evidence-based ABA interventions, collect session data, and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided by the company.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
