Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Missouri. This in-home ABA role offers flexible, part-time hours and a path to certification with our support and training.

You will work closely with a clinical team to implement individualized programs and collect session data, helping children with Autism improve daily independence. We provide paid training toward RBT certification and ongoing support after certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
