Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team supporting children with Autism in homes across Missouri. This role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and ongoing paid training to help you grow within ABA.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team. No experience? Paid training provided; start your meaningful career with us today.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Paid training provided to new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for implementing skill-building and care plans.
