Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. This part-time role offers paid training to earn your RBT certification and ongoing guidance from a clinical team.

You'll work one-on-one with clients, collect session data, and implement individualized skill-building programs while fostering positive connections with families. Prioritize compassion and patience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
