Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain their RBT certification; training and support are provided to earn it.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Integrate into the clinical team and implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
