Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings. We offer flexible hours, same-day pay, paid training, and a collaborative clinical team focused on meaningful progress for each child.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification (or are willing to obtain one), a high school diploma, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or in progress.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Record session data accurately and maintain progress notes.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement care plans.
• Support families and caregivers to generalize skills.
