Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans and contribute to a supportive clinical team.

Training is provided to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, after which you’ll work with families to promote independence and positive outcomes. Part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training provided.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and their families.
