PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time in-home and community sessions across North Carolina. You will implement ABA treatment plans under a BCBA, engage children using positive reinforcement, and track progress with data collection.

This role supports family collaboration and ongoing professional development. Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have ABA-related experience, and are prepared to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
