Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Lowell/Tewksbury, MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for part-time coverage. The role delivers ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues and supports data collection and plan implementation under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay is $22.60/hour for BT and $24.80/hour for RBT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
