Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver applied behavior analysis in client settings across Lowell, TEWKSBY, and Stoneham, Massachusetts. Starting BT rate is $22.60/hour with potential for RBT progression and higher pay.

Training, mentorship, and a clear path to certification are provided through our ABA Academy of Excellence. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be available Monday through Friday afternoons, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; potential Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks.
