Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children affected by autism. This part-time role focuses on teaching communication, play, waiting, and other essential skills in the child’s natural environment, often at home, and also in schools or our centers.

We provide training and opportunities to grow, with tuition assistance, supervision towards BCBA credential, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification held.
• Passion for working with children.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Web-enabled device (laptop/tablet) required.
• At least 3 weekdays with same availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills with families.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, play, waiting, and other essential skills in the child’s natural environment.
• Make sessions engaging through play-based activities with proper training.
• Work directly with child and family in homes, schools, or centers.
• Provide supportive interactions to help families and children progress.
