Job summary

Butterfly Effects, LLC is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in ABA-based interventions. The role is part-time with hours Monday through Friday from 3 to 7pm, offering competitive hourly pay and a pathway for Advancement to RBT or BCBA with company guidance and financial assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification if already obtained.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Demonstrates passion for working with children.
• Experience with children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observe, document, and report client progress and daily condition.
• Manage challenging behaviours in interactions with clients.
• Apply behavioural principles consistently during activities.
• Assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills as needed.
• Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Be an active member of the treatment team.
• Complete daily paperwork and data notes in the online database.
