Butterfly Effects is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families affected by autism in their homes, schools, or our centers. You will implement ABA-based teaching strategies, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and clinicians to support meaningful skill development.

This part-time role offers a chance to make a lasting impact while receiving comprehensive training, education assistance, and pathways toward BCBA credentials as you grow

Qualifications

Minimum of High School diploma.
Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
At least 3 weekdays w/ same availability.
A love and Passion for working with children.
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Responsibilities

Teach and coach children with autism in their natural environments (home, school, center) using ABA-based strategies.
Collaborate with families and clinicians to monitor progress and adapt activities.
Engage children through play-based activities to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
