Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support children in ABA therapy. You will work 1:1 with clients in home, school, or community settings, implementing BCBA-approved plans and using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

We offer flexible part-time schedules with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship, advancement opportunities, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
