Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress while collaborating with families and clinical teams. Opportunities exist to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or education preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
