Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with ABA plans in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families under BCBA supervision.

Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with opportunities for annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for averaging 25 hours per week, and access to benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
