Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring part‑time Registered Behavior Technicians to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, promote learning through positive reinforcement, and track progress with data collection.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
