Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and occasional travel for in-home sessions as caseloads expand.

We provide flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for meeting hours, and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to engage with clients and maintain data collection for progress tracking.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
