Job summary

Solving Autism, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in the Charlotte area. The role emphasizes one-on-one ABA-based teaching in homes, clinics, or community settings, with paid training and ongoing support.

Ideal candidates bring experience with children, strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment of at least six months. Evening availability is preferred, and RBT credentials with 40 hours online training are required or provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, preferably in ABA or learners with developmental challenges.
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
• Able to work as part of a team and maintain reliability.
• Willing to commit to the role for at least six months.
• Availability evenings between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• Complete RBT training (40 hours online) and submit to the RBT exam.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based skill building and learning opportunities.
• Support data collection and progress tracking for each learner.
• Work in various settings: home, community, or clinics.
• Collaborate with supervisors to implement treatment plans.
