Job summary

Supporting Autism is actively seeking caring and energetic individuals in the South Charlotte area for Registered Behavior Technician roles. Our ABA therapy program serves learners in home, community, or clinic settings, with paid training and ongoing support.

As an RBT you will implement individualized teaching plans, collect data, and collaborate with a skilled team. We value reliability, strong communication, and a commitment to learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Team player with reliable transportation.
• Willing to commit to at least six months.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• RBT training (40 hours online) completed and ready for RBT exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA sessions per treatment plan.
• Collect and document data on learner progress.
• Attend supervision and complete required training.
• Support learners in home, community, or clinic settings.
