Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Springfield, New Jersey, seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with autism using evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members to ensure effective treatment approaches.
• Support clients in developing functional communication and increasing independence.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and client data.
