All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in New Jersey. You will work under a BCBA, implement ABA therapy plans, collect data, and contribute to behavior intervention strategies in home-based settings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, ASD experience, and strong communication skills. This part-time/in-home role offers flexible scheduling and benefits including BT certification support and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ASD/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Aufgaben

• Implement ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors via Central Reach.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for therapy.
