Job summary

All About ABA, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to join our team and support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work under a BCBA, implement ABA therapy plans, collect data, and help create a safe, supportive environment during in-home sessions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
