Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home and community settings. This part-time role offers paid training to earn the RBT certification before providing services.

You will work with a clinical team to implement individualized skill-building plans, collect session data, and help families apply strategies at home, with flexible scheduling and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to obtain RBT certification with provided training.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with families.
