Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will work as part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building plans and recording session data to support client progress.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn, with a High School diploma; RBT certification is required before working. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and paid training.
