Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Wilmington, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support ABA therapy for children with autism. This on-site center-based role runs 12pm-3pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $18-$25 per hour.

You will implement treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, an active RBT certification, and at least 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development.
• Communicate with families about their child\'s progress and strategies.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis.
