Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in Jaffrey, NH to provide ABA therapy in client homes and community settings. The BT role supports communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision, with paid training and mentorship to progress toward RBT certification.

Initial BT pay starts at $21.25/hour, with potential higher rates for RBT paths. Flexible scheduling includes weekdays and possible Saturdays, and advancement opportunities are offered

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues per client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks.
