Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Jaffrey / Swanzey / Keene, NH is seeking part-time RBTs and BTs to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. Starting rates are $23.50 per hour for RBT and $21.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
