Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health in Waldorf, MD is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children receiving ABA and Pivotal Response Treatment. You will implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging, play-based activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, afternoon/evening availability, and completion of the 40-hour RBT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based, engaging activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
