Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in Congers, NY. You will work under BCBA supervision, develop individualized plans, and help track client progress in a supportive clinic and home-based setting.

This role emphasizes growth, hands-on ABA practice, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and positive outcomes for clients.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver''s license or reliable transportation for community and in-home services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with BCBA support.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
