Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Queens is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to join our pediatric therapy team. You will provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA supervision, supporting children aged 2–21 across home, school, and clinic settings in the New York area.

We value caregivers who are motivated, collaborative, and organized, with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA-based instruction and methods.
• Ability to collect and organize data daily.
• Strong communication with families and team members.
• Good organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families with debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain the case program book.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
