KidzThrive ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to conduct one-on-one ABA therapy with clients in Queens, NY. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and communicate effectively with families and team members.

The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) and opportunities for growth in the ABA field. Prior RBT experience is helpful, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedules including part-time or full-time options.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality of client information.

Responsabilités

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA techniques.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data to measure progress.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
