Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring a Ramp Agent to load and unload baggage and cargo, guide aircraft, and support ground operations, ensuring secure and prompt handling on the tarmac.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret information in English.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Flexible to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts).
• Read and interpret aircraft load sheets and baggage/cargo labels.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates and ensure safe ground movement.
• Follow safety protocols and airline regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and airline personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and report equipment issues.
• Adapt to changing flight schedules and priorities.
