This role includes opening and closing duties, setting up and breaking down your station, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation with proper hygiene practices. Must be 18+ with a valid food handler certificate and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various tasks related to opening and closing procedures for smooth operations.
• Set up and break down your station efficiently at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including routine cleaning of equipment and ensuring proper hygiene practices.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu and ingredients to ensure accurate preparation and presentation.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
• Properly label, stock, and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards, while adhering to all health and safety rules, including nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with a sense of urgency and purpose to ensure timely and efficient service.
