Qualifications

• ARRT registration required within 90 days of hire.
• KSBHA Kansas radiology license must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and positions patient for diagnostic imaging procedures, adjusts exposure factors, and ensures proper image quality.
• Performs various radiologic procedures with independent judgment and uses radiation protection techniques.
• Maintains records and assists with office duties as needed.
• Provides patient-friendly service and explains procedures to reduce anxiety.
• Assists in training students and new staff.
