Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist for weekend shifts in the United States. The role requires 2 years of hospital/clinical experience, ARRT registration preferred, and BLS within 90 days. You will prepare and position patients, operate imaging equipment, ensure image quality, and maintain safety protocols.

Travel to facilities may occur as needed. The position is non-exempt, 25 hours per week, with on-site duties and remote work not offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• ARRT Registered Technologist preferred; LRT license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and positions patient for diagnostic imaging.
• Operates radiologic equipment; sets exposure factors to obtain quality images.
• Adjusts immobilization devices for optimal views as ordered by physician.
• Performs radiologic procedures with independent judgment and safety in mind.
• Maintains equipment, performs basic repairs, and ensures quality control.
