The position covers Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 7:00, with a start date for the next hiring class on November 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class D driver’s license with Endorsement F.
• Must pass pre-hire drug and alcohol test and will be subject to random drug/alcohol testing.
• Must pass a DOT Physical.
• Must submit to a 10-year pre-hire DMV check and annual DMV report.
• Must be over 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Obey traffic laws and follow safety precautions during operation of the agency van.
• Assist clients entering/exiting the vehicle and provide wheelchair/ mobility assistance as needed.
• Follow central office instructions and communicate schedule changes accordingly.
• Maintain accurate daily schedules, mileage and time records; submit paperwork on time.
• Perform daily pre-trip van inspections and report any issues to maintenance.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and conduct oneself in a courteous manner.
• Treat clients with dignity and respect and maintain client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other drivers when needed and support central office operations.
• Collect fares and adhere to proper money handling procedures.
