Job summary

Sage Creek Post-Acute in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to support the Staff Therapist in patient care and rehabilitation. You will implement treatment plans, assist with procedures, and help maintain a safe, efficient therapy area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
• Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
• Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
