Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant in the state.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical procedures.
• Effective communication with managers, coworkers and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient care as directed.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Help maintain department and treatment area.
• Participate in staff trainings and in-services as needed.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in maintenance and caregiver training for discharge.
