Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland seeks a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide a patient-centered PT program and mentor staff in a technology-enabled, collaborative environment.

You will support the Director of Therapy Operations, provide direct patient care, and help drive excellent patient outcomes while upholding Encompass Health standards across policies and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships to aid in their recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
