Qualifikationen

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations (scheduling, orientation, training, communications).
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships to aid in recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and support team collaboration to improve outcomes.
