Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide a dynamic PT team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and ongoing staff development within a national rehabilitation leader.

The position requires state licensure, CPR within 30 days, and a degree from an accredited program, with a minimum of three years in PT or leadership and two years of clinical PT

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
