Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide a dynamic therapy team within our inpatient program. You will oversee scheduling, staff development, and clinical excellence while delivering direct patient care to support recovery.

This leadership role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and hospital staff, compliance with policies, and leveraging advanced technology to improve outcomes.

Formación

• Current licensure or eligibility to practice physical therapy in state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in the daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with therapy staff and hospital departments.
• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships by understanding each patient’s physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
